Does significant bleeding occur after the nose surgery?

While the surgery can be undertaken as a day procedure in some cases, an overnight stay becomes necessary in case the surgery is an extensive one, or if accompanied by any other surgical procedure.

An ideal candidate is one who has reached the necessary age, is unhappy with the way her nose looks, has practical aesthetic goals and is physically and psychologically healthy.
Is rhinoplasty covered by insurance?
If rhinoplasty is performed to improve nasal function, you will have coverage. Rhinoplasty for cosmetic purposes is not usually covered.

The cost depends on the amount of work required, your location and the experience and reputation of your plastic surgeon.
What happens after the procedure?
Rhinoplasty is not associated with much pain. In case you have pain, the surgeon would prescribe pain medication. For about 2 hours you may feel a certain amount of gentle pressure on your nose. You can also expect some bruising and swelling for 2-3 weeks.
When will the results be completely visible?
You will notice some improvement within a month after the rhinoplasty surgery, while the final outcomes would be visible only after a year.
